This Wednesday we’re still going strong working on our snatches. This week it’s all about the first pull. The first pull has four “backs” that we can think about:

1. The bar sweeps back.

2. The weight in the feet shift back, going from the ball of the foot more towards the heels.
3. The knees go back, getting out of the way of the bar.
4. Your back angle stays the same.
