Getting upside down is very beneficial! Not only does it increase strength and stability, but it also helps the brain! The brain wants to be in equilibrium, and when you go upside down it actually has to work harder in order to process information backwards. And when you do this, you’re forcing your brain to think in new ways, which in turn creates new pathways and can actually make your brain more efficient.
How cool is that?!
