The row is simple, effective, but can often be done a little inefficiently. Have you ever had your seat touch your heels when in your “catch” position? If so, let’s fix that! If you notice Sarah in this photo, her seat is about halfway up the slide and she’s leaning forward. That’s the position we want.

And then Destinee is doing a great job of showing that the handle needs to be pulled in to the top of the stomach at the “finish” position, with the elbows relaxed by the sides.
