There's not many people who would smile while doing burpees, but it's no surprise that Jessica does! And that's because she is one of the best people you will ever meet! Both her and Eamon have been such great additions to the CFV family this year, and we are so grateful for them and their always positive attitudes and smiles as they walk through the doors.
