When doing push-ups, the rep includes touching the chest to the ground, going through the full range of motion. When we scale the movement, that range of motion stays the same. There’s a few options when it comes to scaling. One is doing them on an elevate surface, such as the adjustable pull-up bars or a box. The second would be to do them on your knees. The key to all of them though is to keep the body tight, in a nice straight line. Hae Sung demonstrates that here while doing knee push-ups!
