Our 2nd Pain Free Fitness Workshop was awesome! We talked about what pain is and what it’s not, how to know when we might be exceeding our capacity, and about how to approach your training and recovery without just winging it all the time. We checked out everyone’s flexibility and mobility and hit a fun little workout to finish out the event. If you missed it and would’ve liked to attend, no worries! We will have another one in 2022!”
