This is our third week doing this style of partner workout! The bike and row has stayed the same, but the movement where you do work together has changed. First we did sit-ups, last week we did snatches, and this week we get to do strict pull-ups! So grab your partner that you’ve had the last couple weeks and see if you can beat your score!
