Last week, we spent a lot of time on the short pull-up bars practicing both the kipping and butterfly pull-up. A lot of people moved better than they ever have, and a few even did something they’ve never done before! So this week we’re continuing with the pull-up practice!

This Kids class also got to work on their pull-ups last week. As you can tell, Griffin was having a blast!
