At a recent coaches meeting, we came up with a fun goal and a friendly wager for the CrossFit Open.

Goal: 200+ Athletes

Wager: If the girls beat the boys, the male coaches would have to do 100 burpee pull-ups, and vice versa.

We all won!! We crushed the 200 goal with a total of 224, which puts us in the top 3 of affiliate participation in North America!

And as for the breakdown, we TIED! 112 men and 112 women signed up. That means all the coaches will be doing burpees!
