5 AM - 1PM Classes:
Heat 1 starts at 21 minutes past the hour
Heat 2 starts at 43 minutes past the hour

Afternoon/Evening Classes:
Heats start at 15 and 45 minutes past the hour

Everyone is encouraged to come to class early for some extra warm-up/prep time and welcome to stay after to cheer on your friends!

Friday Night Fitness starts at 3 PM.

The CFV potluck starts at 6 PM. Feel free to bring a side to share.

There will also be prizes provided from Podium!
