We’re starting this week off with a triplet that’s simple, but very effective! Goal is to keep the burpees and wall balls fast, and then use the row as the “throttle.” That means speed up or ease off depending on how the burpees and wall balls are going. If you’re crushing them, go faster on the row! If you feel like you need to break, then slow the row down a tad.
