The 4th annual 5k for LFT is this Sunday at 1 PM at CFV.

As we have refocused and changed the name to not only represent my mom, but our dad too. This event was created by my dad and was very important to him. Not only to represent my mom, showing everyone what our family was all about, but also giving back to the community as both our parents were people of big hearts and open arms!

Nothing has changed besides the fact that our dad won’t be here this year. Per usual this is a completely free event! You can hangout, enjoy free Hawaiian food, get a LFT 5k shirt, and/or participate in the 5k run & walk.
