Today we are doing a newer Girl WOD from CrossFit HQ, “Grettel”. This one is fast and furious like the girl workout “Grace” but with the addition of burpees.
This is a benchmark workout, so make sure to record your time, have some fun, and push the pace! Think to either go unbroken clean and jerks or fast singles. Same goes for the 3 bar facing burpees. Stay low and find a speed where you can consistently move one rep to the next.
