The goal of the first section is to prime the body for the main event of the day which is the a 2018 Regional workout. The snatches should start light and gradually build up over the course of the 6 sets. Use any variation of the snatch. The first 3 sets should be done touch and go style and the last 3 sets should be done as 2 quick singles. For the burpees practice a smooth and consistent pace.

If you are unable to maintain sound mechanics from the floor do a hang power snatch.
