We’re continuing on with the bench press that we’ve been doing the last few weeks! Each week though we’re decreasing the amount of reps each set, so the goal is to see if you can add a little more weight than last Wednesday. Let’s have some fun!

Also, make sure you always have a spotter as the weight gets heavier. Just like Jose is doing for Geoff here!
