Way to go Lashell on finishing “75 Hard!” It entailed 75 Days of the following 5 tasks:

1. Drink 75 gallons of water (one gallon each day)

2. Follow a diet with no cheat meals and no alcohol

3. Take daily progress photos

4. Two 45 minute workouts per day (one absolutely had to be outside)

5. Read 10 pages daily of a non-fiction self-help or educational book
