We’re taking a one day break from the CrossFit Games workouts and continuing on with our Strength Wednesday. Last week we did a snatch primer, snatch complex, and some squats. This week we’re doing something similar, but this time with cleans.

Remember on the clean to receive it just like we would a front squat. So if you look at Gary here, he’s got his elbows up high with the bar resting on the shoulders! And then your feet should always land in your ideal squatting stance.
