This Wednesday and Thursday, we will be doing what’s called a “Max Effort Day.” We will be building to a heavy single box squat and dead bench press.
A couple weekends ago, the whole coaching staff was able to attend the Conjugate Powerlifting Course. These max effort days are part of the conjugate program. We’ve been implementing them in our programming since last summer, but we’re even more excited now after gaining some more knowledge from some of the best.
