Only a few more days left of the Jess Core 10K Step Challenge.

A name will be drawn at random after July 31. That person will be contacted to show proof that they achieved at least 10K steps every day in July and if so, would win approx $1500 cash! The other half will go to The Way Foundation.

The winner for the MOST total steps July 1-31 will win a gift card to Cloud Chiropractic Clinic for a 1 hour massage and $100 gift card to a shoe apparel of their choice. Clearly they will need a massage and new shoes after all those steps!
