Thursday is day 4 of our CrossFit Games week and next up on the menu is “Ride!”

It’s a 40-minute amrap of bike laps around Fort Vancouver. Each lap is 2000 meters and includes a 200-meter running section, where we get to hop off our bikes and push them just for fun! The standard course is mostly paved road/trail but there is 750 meters of gravel just south of the Fort, so bring a gravel or mountain bike if possible. If a road bike is your only option, we also have an all-pavement course that you can choose.

BYOB- Bring Your Own Bike! Or better yet- bring your own bike and one for a buddy too! Alternative options are a 40:00 C2 Bike, Echo bike, or you can also run the course if you don’t have access to a bike or a way to get it here. All classes will meet at the gym before we head out to hit the course!
