(1 rep = 1 right arm thruster + 1 left arm thruster)
Lateral Burpees
Round 1 is 1 thruster with right arm + 1 thruster with left arm + 1 lateral burpee over your DB/KB
Round 2 is 2 thrusters with right arm + 2 thrusters with left arm + 2 lateral burpees over DB/KB
Continue adding 1 rep to each movement every round for 15 minutes
