30:00 AMRAP

In 30:00, accumulate as many calories as possible on the rower and the Airdyne.


Every 5:00, all three teammates must complete one round of Cindy (5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, and 15 air squats).

Each team of three will have one rower and one bike. Alternate who is riding, rowing, and resting at your discretion. Score is sum of total cals on rower + cals on Airdyne
