A round of "DT" consists of:
12 Deadlifts
9 Hang power cleans
6 Push jerks

Athletes may use one or two dumbbells, kettlebells, a barbell, or a sandbag/object of their choice. After each minute of rest, pick up where you left off on the previous work interval.
