Bar-facing burpees are back in the Open but with a slightly different standard than in past years. For athletes opting to perform the RX version of the workout, a two-foot takeoff and landing is required for all three jumps on each rep: feet back, feet forward, feet over the bar. Stepping is permitted for the scaled version of the workout. 18.2 here we come, let's have some fun!
