From the ground up - feet flat, knees tracking, neutral spine, eyes forward - Jodi remains poised even as the discomfort of 18.2 begins to set in. Our minds are a very powerful tool in everything we do in and out of the gym. During Open workouts, if we allow our mindset to drift toward how difficult it is going to get, we underperform in the moment. If we can stay engaged and focus on what we're doing in the present - one rep, one step at a time - it's amazing what we are capable of! Good job Jodi!
