Do you know Snap and Annie? Snap is the P.E. teacher and head football coach at the Washington School for the Deaf right up the road. Annie is a senior in high school there. Snap has been implementing CrossFit in the P.E. program there for years, and his students have experienced remarkable results. This year, Annie is doing the CrossFit Open for very first time. Yesterday, she got her first pull-up and then completed 11 more! Congrats Annie and thank you for letting us be a part of your program Mr. Snap!
