20 Deadlifts

20 Sit-ups

For part one, there are two options. Option one is to warm up to a working weight, then build in load across each of 5 working sets as technique and strength allow.

Option two is to build to a working weight (75-85%) and perform all 5 sets at that load.

During the three rounds for time, deadlift weight should be approximately 50% of your heaviest triple from part one, or up to 185 lbs. for men and 125 lbs. for women.
